We worship the Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. In His name we are baptized and by Him we are created, redeemed, and made holy.
We believe that Jesus Christ is truly God from all eternity and became a man to take away the sin of the world. He has rescued us from sin, death and eternal judgement by living a perfect life as our substitute and by dying on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. On the third day, He physically rose from the dead, guaranteeing that His sacrifice is sufficient for our salvation. Whoever believes in Him has eternal life.
We believe that the risen Christ comes to us and speaks to us today through the Words of the Bible, and that He gives us forgiveness and assurance of salvation through the Gospel and the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God, whose teaching is able to make a person “wise unto salvation”. We believe that on the Last Day Jesus will come again to raise all people from the dead, and give eternal life to all believers in Christ.
We believe that as our response to God’s love for us it is our duty and privilege to thank and praise, serve and obey Him.
